You may use our website to browse services and submit booking requests. You must not use the website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense.
3. Service Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You must provide accurate travel details including flight numbers, pickup locations, number of passengers, and luggage information. We reserve the right to refuse service if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete. Child seats are available upon request when specified during booking.
4. Booking, Cancellation & Changes
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. Changes or cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability and confirmation.
5. Booking Confirmation
Transfer details are confirmed before the ride through the selected booking channel. Additional stops, waiting time beyond the confirmed plan, and excess luggage should be discussed with the team in advance. Payment method can be agreed during booking confirmation.
6. Luggage Responsibility
Our standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on item per passenger. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or extra bags so we can allocate an appropriate vehicle. While we take every precaution to ensure your belongings are safe, we are not liable for loss or damage to luggage except in cases of proven negligence by our driver.
7. Delay Policy
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals in real time and adjust pickup times accordingly. For hotel and address pickups, please be ready at the confirmed time. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Cappadocia Taxi, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cappadocia Taxi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, Cappadocia Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that travelers purchase appropriate travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
