1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cappadocia Taxi (cappadocia.taxi), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or book our services.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website to browse services, view pricing, and submit booking requests. You must not use the website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offense.

3. Service Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You must provide accurate travel details including flight numbers, pickup locations, number of passengers, and luggage information. We reserve the right to refuse service if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete. Child seats are available upon request at no extra charge when specified during booking.

4. Booking, Cancellation & Changes

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Changes to booking details must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

5. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted per vehicle and include fuel, driver, and standard luggage allowance. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surge pricing. Additional stops, waiting time exceeding 60 minutes at airports due to non-communicated delays, and excess luggage may incur extra charges. Payment can be made by credit card or cash upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

6. Luggage Responsibility

Our standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on item per passenger. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, or extra bags so we can allocate an appropriate vehicle. While we take every precaution to ensure your belongings are safe, we are not liable for loss or damage to luggage except in cases of proven negligence by our driver.

7. Delay Policy

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals in real time and adjust pickup times accordingly. There is no extra charge for flight delays. For hotel and address pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes applies. After this period, additional waiting time may be charged at the standard hourly rate. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Cappadocia Taxi, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cappadocia Taxi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, Cappadocia Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that travelers purchase appropriate travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
